The OMNI-200-TIP (Tester-In-Pusher) design includes the eddy current tester and probe pusher in one unit. The test instrument is located in the ID of the pusher spool. Both the eddy current tester and pusher are controlled via Ethernet. A left and right handed version are available so that dual probe acquisition can be performed.

The CoreStar Barnacle Scraper (BS) inspection probe is a standard poly shaft probe with a straight-section head design. A variety of sizes and configurations are available to meet diverse inspection requirements. Standard features include 3/8 inch diameter poly tubing, stainless steel wear sleeves, waterproof head, and four-pin Amphenol style connectors.

The IM-II was developed for precise positioning of a probe during heat exchanger inspections. The modular concept enables the user to configure the arm for small or large components with nothing more than a hex wrench. The arm is controlled from the EddyVision Acquisition software. The integrated package provides full control of the manipulator and acquisition functions using one computer with split screen capability. The embedded video windows provide real time monitoring, as well as interactive control of the positioning functions. The laser position feature provides on screen feedback for accurate positioning during movement and calibration of the arm.
